Why Therapy?

Therapy Session

How we work?

An Initial Consultation

An initial therapy consultation is a brief, risk-free introductory session (typically 15-30 minutes) to discuss your goals, ask questions, and see if you and the therapist are a good fit for working together. It is an opportunity to gauge their approach and ensure you feel comfortable and supported.

Short term or Long term Therapy

During our first consultation, we will work together to identify whether a brief, targeted therapy or a more open-ended, long-term approach would best meet your needs and goals. We offer both in-person as well as virtual therapy.

Session Duration

Our services are designed to be flexible and responsive to your needs. Weekly sessions can be arranged in advance, with each session lasting approximately 60 minutes.

Workshops: Our workshops provide a supportive environment to learn, cope, connect, and develop everyday tools for managing stress, emotions, and relationships. Our play and art therapy workshops use creativity and play to help children explore emotions, develop coping skills, and feel more secure and understood.

Pranali Arora

Pranali Arora is the Founder of ParikramA and a seasoned psychotherapist with a background that integrates human communication and psychology. With over two decades of experience spanning corporate communications and mental health practice, she brings a nuanced understanding of individual behaviour, relationships, and emotional well-being.

She holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Clinical Skills, a Certification in Transactional Analysis, and a Diploma in Child Psychology and Interventions from Singapore and India.

Her therapeutic work is grounded in a client-centered, culturally responsive approach. She provides a safe, reflective, structured, and supportive environment in which clients can explore concerns with clarity and care. Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Transactional Analysis.

Pranali has worked with clients from diverse cultural and age groups across Singapore, India, the Middle East, and the United States. With a warm, empathetic, and practical approach, she empowers individuals to strengthen self-awareness, navigate life’s complexities and improve their overall psychological functioning.
